Return policy

All items that are returned should be returned within 15 days of receiving. If the item is broken, please notify me immediately. Items that are custom ordered will only be redeemable for half price if returned. Or you can exchange your custom item for another item of equal value. Items should be returned packaged with care. You will be refunded upon the arrival and approval of your return.
